A Few Words About Me

From a very early age, even back in my school years, I realized the power of deep, meaningful listening. Observing how rare it is to find someone who listens with genuine attention and without judgment, I decided to turn this need into my profession. I believe that psychotherapy should not be a 'strict' or judgmental process. Having been in the client's seat myself, I understood that true change does not come through pressure, but through understanding and acceptance. For me, therapy is the creation of a safe space where you can-perhaps for the first time-hear your own voice and feel that someone is truly present, there to understand you. In our sessions, my goal is not to offer ready-made answers or quick fixes, but to provide a secure environment that will help you reflect and see your story through a different lens. Ultimately, psychotherapy is an act of self-care, in a setting where it is finally permitted not to be 'perfect'.

MY PERSPECTIVE

I believe that the challenges we face are not flaws in our character, but the ways we learned to survive within our relationships, family, work, and everyday life.
